This team member ensures continuity of care in all phases of each air ambulance transport. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling the appropriate level of medical air transport crews and equipment
• Arranging ground transport
• Selecting medical personnel
• Working with flight crews
• Communicating with representatives of discharging and receiving facilities and insurance carriers
• Tracking flights via our real time computer link with FAA radar controllers
